Being a mother can definitely take its toll on your body. Daily routines don’t leave much time for relaxation or a workout that doesn’t involve lifting the car seat. Here’s an opportunity to combine motherhood with some revitalising and gentle exercise. Bring your baby (or your bump) along and join inspirational yoga teacher, mother and nurse (I know!) Sarah Harlow for a joyful way to connect with your little one, and enjoy some much needed balance and harmony.

A story read out loud stays with you and draws in a captive audience. For old and young alike the pleasure of being caught up in a story is a gift to pass on. Reading aloud can sometimes be daunting, in front of many; or even a chore, bedtime after bedtime. In this magical workshop storyteller Jo McAndrews will help you bring a story to life, giving you a confident voice and a real enjoyment of the telling.
